For homeowners
Listings are provided by the businesses themselves. Badges reflect only the checks stated on each profile. Always check a firm’s credentials, insurance and quotation before agreeing work — your contract is with the business, not with us.
For businesses
You must only list a business you are authorised to represent, keep your details accurate, and only upload photos you own or have permission to use. We may edit, suspend or remove listings that break these terms or our reviews policy. Paid plans renew annually until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
